A Blueprint for Improvement![]() Improving your real estate staff and operation begins by knowing how your organization measures up to national comparisons. Quality Management Assessment (QMA) us a standardized method to evaluate the performance of your property and facility management staff so you can run your business more effectively and efficiently. Based on industry standards and 'best practices', QMA uses Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques such as quality inspections, tenant questionnaires and statistical methods to evaluate your staff's performance. An Objective Assessment The assessment measures and ranks 48 separate processes in seven primary functions. Unlike an internal quality program, the review ensures an objective measurement because it is conducted by independent quality consultants with years of national real estate management and engineering experience. Quality Inspection Forms Each process is evaluated on the basis of a series of standard practices. The total inspection evaluates over 350 standard practices and regulatory requirements.
